Title: Advanced Wellness Centre Chiropractic assistant  

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Part Time leading Full Time, On Call, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening

Location: Ottawa Centre, Ontario (2 vacancies ) 

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required


Experience: No experience


Languages: Speak English, Speak French, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Office of health care professional


Therapy Assistant Specific Skills: Provide support services to health care professionals


Chiropractic Office Assistant Specific Skills: Record vital signs, Assist chiropractor with patient health education, Assist chiropractor with physical examinations, Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments


Additional Skills: Maintain records and inventories of supplies, Clean and maintain equipment, Order supplies and equipment, Schedule appointments, Collect statistics, Maintain inventory of equipment, Perform general clerical duties


Security and Safety: Bondable


Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
